Characteristics
- The chamber furnaces from K series, with electric heating, are
the result of a project that introduced technical characteristics
that allows it to work with a maximum temperature of 1300º,
making it a multi function equipment.
- Internally, its muffle is built with high aluminum materials,
making a refractory chamber extremely strong, the hearth is made
of silicon carbide.
- The heating elements are imbedded sin a way to guarantee the
loading and unloading operations, free of risks for the operator.
This mailing gives mechanical stability to the resistances, and
also avoids occasional contact with the material under treatment.
This heating system provides uniformity in the four faces of the
chamber, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity of the temperature.
- Another important detail in the project is its door, with pantographic
side opening, avoiding heat irradiation from the insulating block
to the dashboard and its instruments. Its revetment is made of
molded ceramic fiber, with low weight and soft opening and closing.
- The temperature control is under the DIN rules, consisting
of a Platinum –Rhodium/Platinum thermo pair, installed inside
the chamber, connected to an electronic controller of derivative
proportional action witch modulates the heating in a way to guarantee
the uniformity of the temperature inside the furnace.

of slopes and set point standards
- automatic adjustments of PID parameters, not allowing oscillations
in the process temperature

with temperatures up to 750ºC, mainly for:
